Every once in awhile an awakening comes within us and we remember what God created us to do. I don’t know why I let myself believe the lies of not creating art anymore due to self-doubt, figure it make others happy if I stopped, or I lost what I had built over the years when I kinda lost myself for awhile and figured there was no point of trying to start all over again.

Over the past few months I have been digging back into my roots of creating visions that come to life through my lens. And to be honest it feels amazing. I have always been one to dream big and see beauty in ways that I have to bring to life because it brings some sort of weird life inside of me.

This is just the beginning of stories I want to be told through my lens. This is one of my senior reps from Pisgah High School in Pisgah, Alabama. I wanted to start off the summer with a bang and while you scroll through these images go play that song– Schools out for summer! We went back to the 70’s and brought the fashion to modern day 2019.

I am a hippie at heart. I love flowers. I love being free out in a field of wildflowers. I love anything vintage and I have a major crush on this old bug. (Thanks Tim Jackson for letting us borrow it)
